I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location was fantastic, right beside a shopping mall and offering easy access to public transport, the service and dining were quite disappointing. The room felt a bit seedy and unclean, but the facilities were adequate for a short stay.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with clean and comfortable rooms in the main building. The staff was very helpful, and the location provided easy access to a variety of dining options, although not as close to the MRT station as I anticipated.
